The Genesis Team — First Step

People

The founding cohort — the first of many.

A cohort of 10 to 12 people drawn from across the university, serving as the initial transformation catalysts. Beyond generating new ideas and advancing community projects, this group is a living prototype of how a Knowledge Enterprise operates — demonstrating how a college of the future learns, relates, and moves from insight to action.

It is not an elite club. It is not a reward for past performance. It is a responsibility — extended to people who have the capacity and appetite to shape the future of this institution, and to serve as the first of many cohorts.

Time Part-time — approx. 15–20% of your time

Duration Mid-August through mid-December, 2026. A reconvening in January 2027. (approx. 5 months)

Nature Strategic institutional priority — not extracurricular
